I bought this book because I respect her work . There are some major problems and I returned it, especially for $25.1) poor editing, simplistic language, no explanation of which muscles are being used2) pictures are small, no highlighting the muscles being targeted, some pages are mostly blank3) it seems as if this book was translated by someone who in not fluent in English4) she mentions accupressure and acupuncture, but there are no face maps of pressure points5) the nutritional advice she can offer is a one page chapter of commonly known choices ,with big pictures6) many pages of the book are pages that announce the chapter
